Your responsibilities in the field of "Lean Production" include:

• Developing concepts to maximize the efficiency of manufacturing processes at Customer Plants
• Applying Lean Production methods/philosophies to existing and future manufacturing plants
• Applying Lean Logistics methods/philosophies to existing and future manufacturing plants
• Coaching and promoting the Lean Philosophy with our Customers
• Understanding and integrating Customer specific requirements
• Preparing and presenting status and results to Customers
• Facilitating Workshops and training of Customer's Employees
• Achieving the project targets in line with Ingenics Quality Standards

Your profile:

• Master degree or above in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Manufacturing Technology and 10+ years experience in the manufacturing industry
• Ability to meet high quality standard requirements
• Experience in process planning and efficiency improvement projects for automotive manufacturers, system and engine builders
• Hands on experience of Lean Production in international manufacturing companies
• Ability to structure complex tasks
• Experience in the planning process and time management for industrial concerns, founded knowledge about REFA and MTM methods is a plus.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, including quick understanding and active listening, good team player
• Setting and observing time schedules and budget controlling are as essential as creating status reports
• Willingness to take challenges, work under pressure, keep learning and self-improvement continuously
• Based in Shanghai. Willingness for domestic and international travel over longer project durations is required.
• Good command of German and English (knowledge of further languages especially Chinese would be advantageous)
• Ability to work independently with customers in complex project tasks as well as working in international project teams
