职位描述：

experienced Continuous Improvement talent wanted in Minhang manufacturing site

上海闵行区瓶安路1319号

Main Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate and push suppliers to improve supply chain management system to meet Schneider's requirement.

2. Boost the continuous improvement spirit in plant,Deploy the continuous improvement in plant scope to support plant KPI performance.

3. Participate in the process of supplier evaluation and audit（SAM, PPEP）

4. Coordinate and solve supply related issues in the supplier side.

5. Define and improve logistic conditions with suppliers (lead-time, MOQ, and forecast flexibility)

6. Define logistic offer with suppliers

Basic requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree or above. Logistics Management related or international trade related

2. 3-5 years focused on lean manufacturing, continuous improvement such as 6 sigma / kaizen project and operation management

3. Good sense for the supply chain and MRP

4. Good written & spoken English, SAP, MS Office

5. Excellent interpersonal skills, especially the ability to influence the behavior of peers
