This position is responsible for ensuring a smooth workflow with good internal and external coordination and communication skill to achieve efficient and strong support to sales and administrative operations.

Job description
- Deal with sales related and shipping documents incl. inquiry, quotation, sales confirmation, packing list, invoice, FORM A/E, B/L, CO etc.
- Coordinate and solve sales related issues
- Support logistics solution to sales leader and customers
- Performs trade show to promote products
- Support sales leader for an effective daily workflow
- Information research, incl. customer lists, trade shows and work related information
- Support administrative works if needed, incl. call reception and filter, business trip preparation, translation and operational issues

Qualifications and Work Experience
- Bachelor degree in field of Economics, Sales & Marketing or similar preferred
- Around 2/3 years working experience in similar position
- Good communication skills
- Fluent English skill both in oral and written, German skill is preferred
- Team oriented with cross functional coordination skill
- High responsibility sense with positive attitude and able to work under pressure
- Flexible, proactive and self-motivated
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office application
