esponsible for KIB and Live Facility development.
Part of Business process Mapping.
Value Stream Mapping.
Enterprise Feedback Management.
Capitalize on best Lean Management practices – Connection between financial statements and operation KPIs
Correlate internal processes into web based platform for management
Participation extends in the whole Katcon China Organization from business development, program management to operations.

- Lead to implement global manufacturing initiatives: health & safety, quality, cost, lean & inventory
- Ensure assigned lines action compliance with all KATCON policies/procedures and government/industry regulation.
- Implement GP-8, lean manufacturing concept into production to ensure operation having low cost and high quality result
- Implement cost savings strategies and initiatives to reduce Labor Cost and Factory expenses 举报 分享
