Responsibilities
- Develop corrective and preventive plans for product quality improvement
- Ensuring the compliance of quality, specifications and procedures pre and post production
- Provide full details and documentation to supports merchandisers in case of customer complaints.
- Perform product inspections, testings and factory audits & develop correction action plans(cap's) with manufacturers.
- Coordinate 3 rd party laboratory testing and manage safety compliance requirements in concretion with merchandise manage.
Requirements
- Degree/diploma holder in engineering, quality management or related disciplines
- 5 years + relevant experience in PRC manufacturing environment, with managerial position is preferred
- extensive Experience in plush Toys Industry is compulsory
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, fluent in Mandarin
- Self motivated with excellent analytical skills, communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Able to work under pressure and able to meet deadlines
-Good understanding of QC principles and applications
-Good knowledge in US and international toys safety standards;
-Stationed in Shanghai /Ningbo area - housing allowance provided.
-frequent travelling within China is required
