1. Objectives:

-          Follow up of all Quality matters for each related category

-          Get reliability of suppliers (technical and Social - CSR policy).

-          Make sure all orders and shipments comply with all European and French standards as well as the French Head office requirements

-          Apply the Quality methods and procedures provided by the Mousquetaires Group

-          Support technically French Quality Engineer (CEQ)

-          Contribute to solve any quality claim when it appears

  2. Main functions:

-          Factory Audits based on Mousquetaires Group Quality commitment

-          Follow up the samples when required between Supplier/head office /inspection companies:

o   For fitting samples

o   For PP sample

o   For Inspection & testing

-          Follow up the production

-          Make sure the Technical specifications provided by the CEQ are fulfilled

-          Manage product inspection process:

o   Inspection company quotation

o   Make sure all testing and control plan required are applied by the factories

o   Update all information related to laboratories and inspection companies

-          Advise and inform all related department in or in by reporting

-          Follow up the supplier’s CSR assessment (BSCI-AMFORI)

 

3. Performance

-          Apply any existing tools and means to ship on time according to purchase order ETD

-          Provide explicit information to let French Head office make the final and right decision

-          Evaluating the performance of the suppliers according to the objectives provided by ITM-Import Quality Department and updated every year.

-          Annual appraisal will be carried out by the Non-Food Asia Office Manager together with International Quality Coordinator in France.

-          Train suppliers and help them well understand all French technical requests, brands, labels, quality and workmanship requested.

-          Manage the CSR audit program through the AMFORI platform.

 

4. Position

-          The Quality Supervisor is on partnership with the relevant Merchandiser (Shanghai) and CEQ (France) constantly.

-          The Quality Supervisor is under supervision of:

o   The Non-Food Asia Manager for operational scopes: sourcing audit request, travel expense, holidays request, sick leave, budget, reporting, annual reviews, interview…)

o   The International Quality Coordinator for functional scope (weekly boarding, monthly and annual reviews, annual interview…).

 

5. Reporting

 -     directly and permanently to the Non-Food Asia Manager,

-          to International Quality Coordinator through monthly periodic reports

 

6. Skills and attitude

-          To be aware about French and European regulation for it corresponding family of products,

-          At last 3 years’ experiences,

-          To be able to travel independently

-          English: speak, read, write fluently

-          Strong team cooperate spirit and good communication skill.

-          High autonomy and motivation

 

7. Salary & wage

-          It consists a fix monthly salary

-          Complemented with an annual bonus on objectives defined the previous year and related on QC performances.
