Overview

As one of the leading professional firms, we offer a lively and stimulating environment. At KPMG you will provide secretarial and administrative support to a department working across a wide portfolio of blue chip companies.

Responsibilities
You will be responsible for providing full secretarial support to partners.

Major duties are as follows:

? Provide secretarial support to Japanese partners
? Support for marketing activities, seminars and publication
? Handle general office administration
? Assist in ad-hoc tasks

Experience

? Diploma or above with formal secretarial training and a minimum of five years’ working experience
? Experience in Japanese firms is a plus
? Japanese major is preferred with proficient Japanese language skills (speaking, listening, writing, and reading)
? Fast and accurate typing
? Good interpersonal and communication skills
