职位描述：
Commissioning, serivce, trouble shooting and optimising in connection with service jobs on boilers, burners, automatics and other associated systems, including function and safety function test, as well as co-ordination and delivery to customers, operators, classification societies and other authorities.
Evaluation of conditions of boiler plants and associated systems, i.e. cause of damage, and consultations in connection with repair and preventive maintenance.

Key Tasks:
1. Main areas:
Commissioning - duties and responsibilities shall include but not limited to:
? Provide technical support for commissioning engineers and customers;
? Assist in managing planning coordination of all new commissioning, service and warrantee assignments;
? Assist in management of coordination of service resources as well as administrative management of the all travelling service engineers;
? Assist in maintaining and monitoring related records and reports and order fulfilment functions to ensure timely customer services;
? Commissioning of new boiler plants world-wide
? Service and troubleshooting tasks on burners and control systems
? Service on all major brands of burners and automation
? Service of non-Aalborg products related to the marine industry in the same product group as part of the after-sales business
? Inspection tasks on boilers/burners and control systems
? Training of ship’s crew in connection with commissioning and onboard voyage
? Prepartion of reports within employee's duites as required by the Company
2. Support Areas:
? Education and training of operators
? Investigative activities in connection with sales of services, repairs and spare parts, preliminary on service jobs onboard ships.
? Assisting yards’ installation personnel in connection with erection of boiler plants.
? Sales activities in connection with quotations and searching for new customers and jobs.
3. Other allied jobs, which are assigned by the Company/supervisor from time to time.

Knowledge & Skills:
1. Marine Engineering background with good hands-on electrical and mechanical technical skills. (Degree in Electrical Marine Engineering and/or with a sailing experience as Electrical Officer also acceptable.)
2. It is preferred if you have worked for minimum 3 years as a Marine Engineer;
3. Knowledge about boilers and burners, especially have wide insight on mechanism, control systems and components;
4. Experience in coordination and planning of a mobile work force.
