Main Task

Responsible for the dedicated region customers, ensure regular customer contact, phone/e-mail/visit base on cost effective solutions. Ensure your responsible customers highly recognize you as the dedicated sales from MB. Ensure the customers always contact you first when they have inquiries.
-To target long /middle /short term working orientation. Regular visit, analysis, relationship (top to down) maintenance. Commitment with customer on strategic business partner level.
-Adequate knowledge of TPC products, specification, offering; familiar with related TPC and Global Sales contact window, contract negotiation, payment; coordinating with TPC service leader for the AC etc.
-Fast identification of sales opportunities and customer expectation in the market; closely follow up the project, using the resources to maximize the winning opportunity.
-Coordinate with service to maintain the high performance of all MB products on site and promote service sales continuously.
-Strictly follow the sales discipline, fulfill the reporting requests. CRM data maintenance. Meeting attendance etc.
-Regular competitor analysis and promote feedback to local leaders, PM team & TPC contact windows

Skills
1. Ability to be interface with multiple departments to ensure consistent & effective communication.
2. Build relationships with customers with strong consciousness of Customer Caring.
3. Organize work. Maintain & submit reports on time and work independently to meet tight deadlines.
4. Travel administration, timing management, expense policies and procedures.
5. Business operations and sales skills incl. negotiation, solution selling, presentation skill etc.

Requirement
-Above 2 years working experience as sales engineer in PV industry or Semi-conductor industry
-Mechanical / technical /automation background is preferred
-English and Mandarin, CET 6 at least
-Be able to travel frequently
