Responsibilities:


- Perform final or pre-shipment inspection, and submit statistical analyzed data of supplier performance to SQM..
- Work closely with service providers on surveillance audit (during-process inspection etc.) for the suppliers and their sub-tier suppliers through quality tools to quality them and drive their continuous improvement.
- Support Product Engineering on pre-purchase testing, provide on-site technical guidance to suppliers and monitor them toward assuring product / process compliance with engineering requirements.
- Perform test and inspection to support sourcing team on new product launch by new factory pre-qualification prior to on-boarding.
- Tracking, and reporting for the assigned quality initiative programs.


Requirements;

- More than 4 years electromechanical professional experience.
- Familiar with the quality system:ISO9001:2000,understand QS9000, TS16949.
- Master the quality control tools and inspection knowledge, such as:G R&R.CPK.SPC,8D report, control plan, understand G D&T.
- Acquaint with electrical appliance and related safety certificate, such as UL, CUL,IEC, at least 3 years experience about the validation testing.
- Familiar with all kinds of inspection instrument, such as CMM, universal tool microscope, and projector.
- Understand some industrial craft and related inspection style, such as: plastic injection,machining,heat treatment, forging technology,and fabrication, understand metallographic analysis.
- Very good team spirit,attentive,accurate and very religious character, good professional accomplishment & self-motive feature.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office.
- Frequently business travel.
