Responsibilities:
(1) Implement and monitor programs to ensure that the site meets environmental, health and safety performance goals set up by headquarters.
(2) Ensure the reduction in number and severity of employee injuries in the site.
(3) Ensure the reduction in environmental incidents and minimization of public liability.
(4) Manage employee environmental, health and safety training and development of knowledge and awareness in employee.
(5) Maintain compliance with environmental, health & safety regulatory requirements.
(6) To advise and serve site management on technical matters and project relating to environmental, health and safety.
(7) To interface with site management and assist in the development and strengthening of employee health, safety and environmental training programs.
(8) To assist site management in the development of loss control programs and investigation of incidents.
(9) May perform other duties as required.

Requirement：
(1) At least 7 years’ experience in Environmental, Health & Safety Management with knowledge and understanding of China laws and regulations relating to each discipline.
(2) Solid experience base in engineering, machining, project management.
(3) A thorough understanding of regulatory procedures and practices in areas of environmental protection, work-place safety, and occupational health are required.
(4) Ability to work under pressure and influence in a fairly matrix organization.
(5) Effective communication skills and strong team player.
(6) Registered safety engineer is required.
(7) Good spoken and written English
