职位描述：

Main Responsibilities:

1. Lead the localization, QVE and work on productivity improvement

2. Follow up the design modification, technical launching notice and so on from DCC, control the technical change which might have negative influence to product specification and function

3. Support qualification process (for purchasing and tooling), and coordinate for related actions of SIL and mass production

4. Support for CCC certification process, especially for tests issues.

5. Deploy SPS rules in T&Q daily work

6. Take action to improve the process and product quality

7. Support production by process quality issue trouble shooting

8. Support Customer Satisfaction team to solve customer complaint

9. Analyze RFC products and statistic to find root cause and implement the quality improvement with related section

10. Implement and confirm the final test, sample test and periodic test

Basic Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree major in mechanical or electrical engineering, 5+ years solid technical working experience in low voltage switchgear or related area, electric products and PCBA related preferred

2. Know well on the quality management tools: QC 7 tools, 8D, Gage R &R, PCP, FMEA et; be good at quality management system—ISO9001 knowledge

3. Basic Project management, basic financial, plastic and metallic material know-how

4. Quick to learn, logical in thinking; Able to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure; Proactive and can-do attitude;

5. Self-motivated and good team player, able to work independently or in a team-based environment, supportive and willing to share;

6. Good English reading & writing, fluency speaking
