Founded in 2012 at Beijing, Arbor Lake Capital Group ("Arbor Lake Capital") is dedicated to merger & acquisition related investment and services, conducting a full range of capital activities including fund raising, merger and acquisition (M&A), and IPO etc. It adopted a unique “buyout fund + investment bank” business model, successfully acting as equity investor as well as financial advisor to the invested companies.
Established by Arbor Lake Capital Group, China-Linker is China’s first web-based digital investment bank solely focusing on investment and M&A opportunities in the United States and Europe. Core Responsibilities
Work closely with platform operations team through the whole M&A/Investment transaction cycle with job focus of BD, including:
BD work- will contribute to (60%) of daily work
1. Conduct preliminary investment banking business development work such as industry analysis, teaser preparation, cold call, client visit, external networking expending, potential client needs gathering etc

Platform operation- will contribute to (20%) of daily work
2. Cooperate with internal teams regarding marketing and operation of online platform

External relationship maintaining- will contribute to (10%) of daily work
3. Screen and select projects meeting our and our clients’ investment criteria; assisting online project management

M&A project assisting- will contribute to (10%) of daily work
4. Assist in project management of transaction to completion, including financial modeling, conducting due diligence and liaison with legal, accounting and tax etc. third party advisor through deal closing


Competency Requirements
- BA or Master’s degree with major in Banking or Economic degree , engineering background is a plus
- Experience in consulting, investment banking or PE firm is much prefered
- Passion in high-tech sectors and strong learning capability
- Solid written and verbal communication skills (both English and Chinese)
