职位描述：
? To ensure the maintenance tasks to be executed safely, timely and economically by close coordination and good communication with the productions to safeguard the plants at DJB site to be operated at the high reliability, low cost and safest.
? The DFS ES BU is characterized as a fast growing and highly complex organization. It is the large producer of Food enzymes in Europe and it is also growing rapidly in Asia. DJB develops and produces safe and right quality and technically innovative enzymes preparations, serving Food industrial customers via ES BU sales team. The job is situated on 1 location in China with approximately 10 employees.
? Be responsible for safety, healthy, environment and security of maintenance workshop and maintenance actions, such as all activities, facilities and people and also make continuous improvement in SHE&S.
? Implement annual SHE&S training plan, ensure all maintenance employees and related contractors can meet requirements of SHE&S.
? Be responsible and supervise all maintenance activities and facilities in DJB site, such as hardware, process, work permits, healthy, environment and emergency response. Control and improve these activities to meet DSM SHE&S requirements.
? Take the lead to comply with company SHE&S policy, promote and supervise LSR executed according requirements.
? Adopt suitable risk assessment to all blending activities (Including MSA,MoC etc), Control risk in acceptable level.
? Responsibility for SHE training and enhance SHE behavior.
? Ensure to accomplish annual SHE&S goals.
? This job is required for conducting microbiological testing on premixes, raw materials, environmental samples and other related samples to meet both internal and external requirements.
? The lab technician must have basic background and skill in microbiology and should also have the concept of food safety in mind.
? He/she has to be independent and has some basic background in microbiological test methods.
? It will take at least a year of on-the-job training to familiarize with the microbiological test methods and at least 2 years to plan and schedule the testing efficiently and effectively.
? He/she should possess at least a Higher Nitec/Diploma in Food Science/Microbiology/Chemical Food Technology or similar. 举报 分享
