职位描述：

Main Responsibilities:

1. Deploy SPS rules in IQC / SQE daily work

2. Lead to solve raw material quality issue with related dept: SQM/Pur/TE/CE/M&M etc.

3. Define the periodic test plan and arrange the test. Take improvement action if the test failed.

4. Decrease the production reject rate and scrap cost of components

5. Support project team to complete the Part qualification: PPEP and IQC WI / IQC training.

6. Perform process audit and coaching on supplier site to push supplier performance improvement.

7. Lead Continual Improvement actions to improve the performance.

Basic Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above, majored in Mechanical design or Electronics or Material., more than 3 years SQE working experience in manufacturing company, well understand on business and quality management

2. Be good at quality management system—ISO9001 knowledge, know well on the quality management tools: QC 7 tools,8D, Gage R &R, PCP, FMEA etc.

3. Know well on technical drawings, Know well on the supplier process: plastics parts

4. Good communication skill to support the cross function work, Good teamwork player

5. Be good at oral and written English. Be good at Microsoft office software: Power point, Excel, word etc.
