职位描述：
Major Job Responsibilities
1. Supporting the Product Engineer and the Project manager the integration of quality in the New Product Development Process. Attend project development meeting and gate review and design review, provide expert opinion from quality view.
2. To integrate the Voice Of the Customer (VOC) into the design, Evaluate and advise on Customer Quality Agreements, specifications, auditing the quality of execution of the new project. Risk assessment and risk management during the entire project by applying tools like pro-launch control plan and Critical Parameter Management
3. Making available audit reports to support the Gate Review Process follow up of customer requirements by analyzing, and defining the CQC's (Critical the Quality Characteristics) together with the engineers, making sure these are addressed in the product and process development as well as in production.
4. The creation of a pro-launch control plan and the planning of the required inspection tools, gauges, etc. Also reviewing the quality inspection plans prepared by QAE (Quality Assurance Engineer) as well as requesting and analyzing GR&R studies.
5. Supporting the product / process releases towards the customer (in case of customer-specific product) (e.g. PPAP).
6. Supporting on relevant issues such as customer complaints, Follow up of improvement action plans with customers, manufacturing with in new project development process and transfer necessary records to PAE after project SOP

Major Job Qualifications Experience/Education (Required/Preferred)
Education Bachelor degree in engineering or science
Experience 5 years experiences as a Quality Engineer within a manufacturing organization or product development. Previous product development experience is preferred Capable of applying SPC, FMEA, DOE. Demonstrated ability to organize and prioritize tasks. Ability to take initiative and maintain good communication in an international team environment.
Language Excellent oral and written communication skills on English
Computer Proficiency with personal computer
Technical Skill Familiar with TS16949 & ISO14001, quality 5 tools, etc.
Soft Skill Interpersonal skills and a good team player
