Job Role & Responsibilities:
1. The primary focus of a Telesales Specialist is to place inbound and outbound calls to promote our events through marketing campaign follow-up and cold calling;
2. Achieve sales targets in assigned projects or territory;
3. Develop daily plans to maximize and leverage phone time, including pre-call planning, adhering to territory hours and metrics, customizing scripts to market segments and prospect type;
4. Conduct pre and post-event telephone to build and maintain a strategic-relationship/partnership through regular call;
5. Collect and understand market situations and competitive information;

Experience & Qualifications:
1. Experience working in a Call Centre or in Telemarketing function would be a plus;
2. Goal oriented and self-directed individual with superior communication skills;
3. Ability to call at all levels within an organization and able to determine decision makers;
4. Ability to complete individual goals as well as to work in a team environment;
5. Positive and energetic phone skills, excellent listening skills, strong writing skills, speaking articulately and credibly;
6. Excellent time management skills and able to work under pressure;
7. Proficient with standard corporate productivity tools (email, MS Office suite);
8. Fluent English in both verbal and written.
