About the role
Application support is to provide products application support to customers, including but not limited by technical talk, seminar, application training, troubleshooting, and content creation, the position is permanent and will report to Scientific support manager,

About (Department) at Abcam
Scientific support team is the key function in Abcam, an important touchpoint in customer experience cycle. The team utilizes excellent scientific knowledge, sophisticated experience in products and application to serve customers, as well as providing fast response, to help them meet their mission faster.

Roles & responsibilities:
? To provide updated talks to customers, introducing techniques, products, and research reviews
? To provide technical support to customer inquire techniques, and products, and troubleshooting
? To support marketing campaigns by editing and proofreading relevant contents
? To support sale team on KOL program by providing deep understand and analysis for customer need, and proposing appropriate cross-selling tools

About you
We are looking for you, if you have PHD in life sciences sector, particularly in Cancer research, Neuroscience, immunology, and Epigenetics, or you have plenty of experiences in antibody related applications. And if you like to keep a close relation with researchers through visiting, talking, presenting, keeping an eye on key research progress, and you feel excited to be involved into sale and marketing related activities, working with team.
