职位描述：
Job Description
1) Deliver technical integration of COTS or vendor developed system into our customers’ internal IT environment through installation, programming and software/data integration.
通过安装和系统开发完成商业IT系统或者供应商系统与客户内部IT系统的整合
2) Work with other IT teams in developing a technical design (configuration/development and data integration) based on business requirements.
根据客户需求与其他IT团队合作完成技术方案
3) Work with other teams to deliver project documentation which complies with quality policies.
与其他IT团队合作按照质量管理的要求交付项目文档
4) Manage expectations and development activities with software vendors for project deliverables.
管理软件供应商的开发进度确保其按时交付项目成果
5) Obtain and leverage deep knowledge of our customers’ business processes and technologies, to ensure solutions meet the needs and to influence future application and business direction.
根据自身对业务流程的理解和知识确保解决方案满足客户的需求
6) Network and align technical design with architecture and internal service teams.
与架构师和内部技术支持团队共同确定技术方案
7) Actively monitor and share industry, supplier and regulator trends to anticipate needs and opportunities and share with peers.
积极关注行业趋势和法规动态，预测未来的需求，并能与同事分享
8) Communicate and adhere to our customers’ global strategy, IT processes and best practices for technology integration and solution analysis, to develop solutions that are scalable and sustainable.

9) Infrequent project related travel internationally and domestically.
工作可能会根据项目需要短期国内国际出差

任职要求
Qualifications
1) Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field
计算机科学本科或者相关专业
2) Deep technical knowledge with more than 5 years of experience with software development life cycle, spanning the entire lifecycle from project initiation to development, deployment, support.
具有5年以上软件开发经验，精通软件开发周期
3) More than three years of hands experience on programming such as Java, .Net.
3年以上Java或者.net平台上的开发经验
4) Prior experience with COTS (configurable off-the-shelf) or SaaS implementations
具有COTS和SaaS实施经验
5) Proficient in Linux or other Unix-like operating systems
熟悉Linux, Unix或者相关的操作系统
6) Excellent self-management skills and ability to work independently, seeking guidance when necessary

7) Demonstrated initiative to build relationships, learn and identify opportunities to improve systems and processes

8) Project management skills and experiences.

9) Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Chinese.

10) Prior experience working in pharmaceutical companies and pharmaceutical research and development field preferred.

11) Experience with Software Quality Assurance methods and techniques preferred.

12) Experience in scripting language such as Perl, Python, etc. preferred.
