Job Purpose
Responsible to follow production orders according customer requirements (quality, price, delivery time). Support
Merchandiser Leader on the daily tasks.

Principal Accountabilities
1 New Developments assist Leader to organize the information to the Buying Meeting.
2 Production:
2.1 Meeting Recap, following DNA forms;
2.2 Fullfill the Time&Action form provide by DNA, for Production follow up.
2.3 Collect quality reports to keep on DNA record;
2.4 Collect shipment documents to send to Customer and keep a copy in DNA record;
2.5 Alert the Leader for any potential problem and support on finding a solution;
3 Assist the Leader on daily tasks.
4 Promote best practices and propose continuous improvement actions.

Qualifications and Key attributes
1 Degree in Textile or International Business or any area related with Business or Manufacturing;
2 Relevant experience in Garments Business (Manufacturing or Trading), less than 5 years for Junior and more
then 5 years for Senior Merchandiser;
3 Microsoft Office knowledge (Word, Excel and Outlook);
4 English fluent (mandatory), Good communication.

Profissional Experience
Experience in Garments business or trading.
