This role will be responsible for Hexion Asia talent
Responsible for Hexion Asia recruitment execution, continuously improve hiring efficiency according to KPI
Execute recruiting process, including,
Raising Requisition in BrassRing, follow up for approval according to hiring approval matrix
Post Job through selected internal / external Channels
Hold intake meeting to align hiring strategy
Screen resume, do first round interview, provide shortlist for further interview
Coordinate interview process
Coordinate hiring decision making
Propose offer, get proper approval, negotiate with candidates, prepare and extend offer
Coordinate reference check and medical check
Prepare for on-boarding according to on-boarding process
Ensure global Talent Acquisition strategy is properly implemented in Asia region.
Provide guidance and support to hiring managers / HR Managers by coaching and influencing them of staffing policies, process and tools.
Responsible for Talent Acquisition system issues, upgrades, changes and communications – including the implementation of a new system
Maintain and optimize recruit Channels, such as searching agency, public hiring board, internal referral process. Negotiate and maintain contract with venders.
Own Background check policy of the region
Develops and coordinates campus recruitment activities
Provides guidance to interviewing
Shares quarterly metrics with key stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
? 5+ years of recruiting related experience.
? Prior experience in a research capacity for candidate generation.
? Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects and client relationships.
? Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
? Strong commitment to continuous improvement.
? Ability to proactively network and establish effective working relationships.
? Ability to continually seek new sourcing options, and develop creative approaches to sourcing and delivering candidates.
? Strong communication skills, organizational and negotiation skills.
? Ability to execute recruiting strategy, including employer promotion in the marketplace, candidate management, diversity sourcing, and interview process management.
