职位描述：
Responsible for the startup and debugging of injection molding machine;
Monitor and ensure process quality and Process troubleshooting;
Cooperate with related internal function departments to carry out the work, like assembly, quality, R&D etc.
Cooperate with Shanghai Service team to support the works in customer site rarely.
Software using, include: MS-Office, SAP, Matrix etc.
Machine Start-Up Content
A. Electrical commissioning
- Reading circuit diagrams
- All skills in handling electrical connections
Soldering
Crimping (from 0.34 qqmm to 150 qqmm)
- High voltage testing
- Insulation testing
- Earth conductor testing
- Basic knowledge of measuring technology (error analysis, measurement errors, etc.)
- Number systems (hex, oct, dec)
- Testing the machines according to assembly instructions and test report
- Testing special control systems according to customer requirements(software, hardware)
- Initial commissioning of prototypes
- Adjustment of measuring sensors (pressure, quantity, travel, etc.)
- Routine familiarity with EDP (measuring systems, etc.）
- Troubleshooting and rectification according to circuit diagram
- Recognition of software and circuit diagram errors
B. Mechanical system
- Testing the machine according to assembly instructions and test report
- Checking the bar extension
- Measurement of platen parallelism
- Fitting of plastification unit
- Troubleshooting in hydraulic and pneumatic system
- Adjustment of pressure setting valves, pressure reduction valves, etc.
- Recognition of hydraulic and pneumatic system circuit diagram errors
- Checking leak-tightness after continuous operation
- Fitting soundproofing plates, plexiglass panels
- Marking the components according to circuit diagram
- Preparing machines for start-up, for example aligning, filling with oil, preparing power connections
- Transporting machines
C. Characteristic
- Adjustment of pressure and quantity of proportional valves
- Adjustment of control pumps
- Adjustment of measuring sensors (pressure, quantity, travel, etc.)
- Checking of ramp functions during various machine movements
- Checking physical units (rpm; mm/s; pressure, etc.)
- Troubleshooting and rectification according to hydraulic circuit diagram
- Recognition of hydraulic system circuit diagram errors
D. Process engineering
- Understanding of the injection moulding process
- Preparation of tool and machine
- Equipping the machine
