Our client is a global Automotive manufacturing company located in Suzhou.

ACCOUNTABILITY OBJECTIVE:
To keep stable supply from supplier components to internal operation to make sure matching customer requirements with the lowest cost.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
1. Long term and short term production plan, capacity analysis and production plan adjustment when customer demand fluctuates to make sure accurate planning.
2. Organize weekly production planning meeting, coordinate with the related departments to make sure the production plan implement smoothly.
3. Input customer demand in time and accurately: complete data input into QAD within one working day. Daily check customer internet, checking customer demand,
Forecast, public information and communicate with customer in time, make sure to keep the important information on file.
4. Match customer order on time and accurate, communicate with the customer in time.
5. Co-ordinate with suppliers, sales, end customers, internal plant to offer best delivery service to customer with lowest cost.
6. Work together with purchase and supplier to ensure the material arrive on time
7. Inventory control of the whole stock
8. Supplier management and supplier delivery performance & service measurement.
9. Deal with daily account and check QAD system
10. Perform other duties as assigned from Logistics Manager.

PRINCIPAL WORKING RELATIONSHIPS:
Key Internal Relationships: All staff functions.
Key External Relationships: Customer, Supplier


REQUIRED EDUCATION BACKGROUND, KNOWLEDGE AND WORKING EXPERIENCE:
1. Bachelor degree;
2. 3-5 years experience in the logistics area. Automotive or high serial industry;
3. Good communication and presentation skills;
4. Team work and integrate;
5. Excellent English;
6. Excellent office software capability;
7. SAP/QAD experience is preferred.
8. Knowledge of international trade/transportation
