职位描述：
Objective：
Define, identify and validate the production equipment used in Nemak that meet the requirements of quality, productivity, product cost and NEMAK process, maximizing the capacity and performance of the production process.

Main responsibilities：
1. Participate as a link between the Engineering Concept, Project Engineering and Operations to incorporate new requirements and equipment standards.
2. Develop specifications that meet the requirements for operation, maintenance and robust design of equipment and machinery
3. Develop RFQ's equipment that meet technical and commercial expectations of Nemak.
4. Lead the concurrent engineering process with the supplier and the design approval process, ensuring that machinery and equipment are reliable in their operation, robust design, low maintenance cost.
5. Lead the process of validation and acceptance of plant equipment supplier in Nemak and introduce to the internal customer
6. Provide support to operations during the start of manufacturing system.
7. Participate as a conceptual link between engineering, operations and projects to incorporate new requirements and standards.
8. Support the definition of the working group to establish the validation plan and coordination of project activities.
9. Receive drawings, pictures and information of new products or modifications to existing manufacturing operations to analyze and produce the volumes and timing of the project.
10. Receive proposals, participate purchasing part of providers to deliver technical advice and support in choosing the best option.
11. Comply with the specifications of the quality assurance system (ISO / TS)
12. Comply with the requirements of the Quality System in Nemak.

Requirements:
Bachelor in Manufacturing, Master’s degree of advantage
English fluent
more than 3 years experiences
Computer Skill Requirement: skilled in office software (Word/Excel/PPT/Outlook etc.)
