岗位责职：
1. 负责公司办公设备维护保养和管理（网络、投影仪、视频会议、打印机），保证设备的正常运行。
2. 负责公司的基建工程（办公楼的装修、改建，工厂布局调整）核算工程费用，监控施工质量。
3. 负责办公设施及厂房设施方面的固定资产采购、报废的相关报批手续。
4.  对厂房设施进行定期维护保养（卷帘门、单机空调、热水器等），对物业维修项目进行工程量、价格的核算，并监督维保质量。
  任职要求：
1. 学历要求：自动化、土木工程、计算机及相关专业本科或以上
2. 工作经历：二年以上相关工作经验
3. 良好的英语读写能力和较强的协调沟通能力
4.  熟悉AutoCAD
5.  有强、弱电工等方面操作经验和IT工作经历者优先
