工作職責：
1、制定公司總部的招商管理制度及規範，帶領並監督地方商管公司的招商管理工作；
2、根據公司總部的指示，組織制定各地新專案的招商方案、招商計畫及時間進度計畫，對整個招商籌備工作過程進行監督管理；開拓招商管道，並保障整體招商工作按時、按質完成；
3、協助公司總部草擬各商業專案的市場調研、招商定位、業態規劃、租金政策報告；
4、負責全國聯發品牌商戶洽談，戰略合作關係維護；建立商戶資訊資料庫，並進行日常補充、完善、更新；為專案招商提供商戶資源保障，及商業專案招商工作的具體執行；
5、負責商業管理部門的團隊建設工作，負責帶領部門員工完成目標品牌合作洽談和簽署戰略聯盟協定；
6、協助制定和完善部門規章制度管理辦法、業務流程、考核機制並監督執行，對執行情況進行效果驗證以及階段性的總結與檢討。

任職要求：
1、全日制本科及以上學歷，10年以上工作經驗，具有8年以上大型商業地產企業同等職務工作經驗；
2、具有招商部門系統搭建、制度修訂與完善、執行的能力；
3、具備商業專案的全程工作經驗，擅長招商管理，有一定的品牌資源；
4、良好的溝通表達能力，有較好的品牌洽談、市場趨勢把握能力；
5、較好的團隊管理能力，形象氣質較好；
6、熟練使用辦公軟體，對商業地產有較深刻的認知；5年以上總監職位管理經驗，有2個以上大型購物中心成功經驗者優先，有知名商業公司背景優先。

Position: Commercial Investment Management Director

Responsibilities:
1. Develop investment management system and standard. Lead and monitor process of local companies.
2. Coordinate to develop investment proposals, plans and time schedule of local places. Monitor all the process and extend investment channels. Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time and within scope and with good quality.
3. Develop market research, definition, plan and leasing policy reports of business projects.
4. Communicate with clients, maintain strategic cooperation relationship; Build clients database and update it, offer resource to clients and implement the investment project
5. Responsible for team building of department and lead the team to finish the negotiation of targeted brand cooperation and sign the strategic alliance.
6. Assist to develop and implement department management regulation, process management and performance evaluation. Assess the results and take periodical review.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s Degree or higher education background, Minimum 10 years experience or minimum 8 years experience at large commercial real estate enterprises;
2. Ability to build department system, improve and execute regulations ;
3. Proven working experience of business project, excellent investment management skill with brand resource;
4. Analytical, independent with good communication skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese;
5. Analytical, detail-minded and communicative team player with good numerical sense;
6. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Minimum 5 years management experience as director, over 2 successful experiences in sizable shopping mall is preferred, with renowned organizations working background is preferred.
