职位描述：
Essential Management Duties & Responsibilities 主要工作职责
1. Develop and execute integrated social media strategy, understand how it ties into overall marketing and communications
2. Write, edit, and manage digital content through the local social media outlets to effectively engage, inform market, or promote events, campaigns, and school programs in support of the school's brand awareness and loyalty engagement and development goals;
3. Ensure the brand voice is heard in our target markets via social media outlets (WeChat, Weibo, etc) through constant interaction
4. Identify and evaluate insights, trends, and opportunities both within and outside of existing channels
5. Work with local marketing team to identify the most valuable content and develop digital campaign to raise brand awareness
6. Design creative ideas and content across different social media and online platforms
7. Website development and enhancement
8. Develop regular reports on social media marketing performance. Make recommendations to go-forward strategies based on measurable digital performance
9. Work together with the team to do creative digital branding work;

Education & Experience 学历背景与专业经历
? Bachelor degree and above, major in marketing or related
? With 3 years experiences in marketing is a plus

Functional Competencies 业务要求和核心素质
？ Education: Bachelor’s degree or above
？ Major: Marketing or related
？ Language: Fluent in English and Chinese
？ Experience:
1. At least 3-year experience in B2C social media marketing
2. Experience in integrated campaign management in MNC or Education industry
3. Experience in using CRM system for data management and analysis is a plus
4. Demonstrated skills in Excel and PPT for reporting and analysis work
5. General understanding of HTML, Web and Mobile
6. Must be a digital and social savvy
7. Proven ability to meet strict deadlines and maintain timelines and calendars
8. Familiar with education marketing would be a plus

2. Knowledge of international/bilingual school industry preferred though not a must
