Required Qualifications：
*5 years+ customer service experience, automotive parts industry is a plus.
* Skilled in automation, automatic machines, automatic production lines and equipment operation processes.
* Skilled in hydraulic and pneumatic transmissions.
* Base knowledge of SIEMENS PLC (series 300,400) and programming software “SIEMENS STEP 7” with STL language.
* Base knowledge of NEW SIEMENS PLC GENERATION (series 1500) and programming software “SIEMENS TIA Portal”
* Preliminary master and use of Profibus, Ethernet communication knowledge.
* Base knowledge of PNEUMATIC CIRCUIT, VALVES.
* Base knowledge of ELECTRICAL CIRCUITS.
*Effective communication and interpersonal skills
*Fluency in writing and oral English, CET6 is required.
*Can work under high pressure and independent.
Duties & Responsibilities：
* Train customers in use and routine maintenance of equipment. Answer customer questions and assist customers in a professional manner. Act as a resource for users on routine malfunctions. Advise users of appropriate actions to correct malfunctions and may recommend changes in user procedures.
*Present a professional image to customers, attention to details and strong problem solving skills.
* Complete the periodic report of the project.
* Perform other related duties as required or assigned.
