Main tasks and responsibilities:
General:
· Constantly monitor, gather and analyze the market, the specific industry, the competitors, the customers, through the usage of the proper tools (including SalesForce), reporting to the Line and Product Manager.
· Support the market segment after sales growth.
· Provide accurate and timely reporting of activities including sales forecasts, status of sales pipeline and results of prospecting activities.
Sales:
· Keep and develop relationship with customers; support the Line Manager in identifying and exploiting opportunities, together with MBD, inside and outside the portfolio of customers/products.
· Support negotiation of terms of agreement, price, delivery date and payment conditions.
· Participate to trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations as required.
After Sales & back office:
· Provide After Sales support service to the customers.
· Interface with Production and Supply Chain colleagues for quantities of products on display and in stock in order to satisfy customer demand. Assist salesmen in providing quotations as required.
Execute all the applicable back office activities including: preparation of acknowledgement of order, customer invoices, insurance and shipment documents, delivery process, updating the customer on the order status.
Education and Professional Experience:
· At least bachelor.
· At least 2 years of experience in Sales/After Sales Role. Work in a multinational company is preferred.
· Experience in Power/Petrochemical/Steel industry is preferred. Knowledge of Filtration or Filtration background is preferred.
· Has basic after sales concept.
Good English, at least basic listening and speaking skill, excellent reading and writing skill.
