What are the Objectives of the Employee’s position (state)
1.      开拓OEM新客户，扩大电机产品销售额；
2.      开展区域内项目销售，拉动OEM客户订单；
Major job responsibilities
1.Visit customers regularly and submit weekly report; develop new customers with ordering orientation.
进行日常的客户拜访，提供拜访报告，有针对性的开发新客户；
2、Fulfill the individual sales target,ensure assigned business objectives are met within the timeline；
独立完成销售指标，确保业务目标的达成；
3、Collect and report market information,Providing sales forecast on time；
搜集并汇报市场信息，按时提交销售预测；
4、Hold new products technical training or seminar for customers;
为客户开展新产品培训或研讨会；
5、establish excellent and long-term relationship with customers;
与客户建立良好且长期的业务关系；
 
 
 
Requirements (state)
要求
1、 College or Bachelor degree ,better in industrial automation or electromechanical or related education background；
大专及以上学历，工业自动化及机电一体化专业背景；
2、 At least 3 years’ sales experience, preferring in motors or machinery sales area；
至少三年以上销售工作经验，有电机或机械设备销售经验者优先；
3、  Excellent sales negotiation skills,good English skills；
具有良好的销售谈判技巧，英语良好；
4、  Aggressive, good team work ;
积极进取，较强的团队合作能力；
5、  Ready to work under pressure,strongly committed to achieve results；
能承受较强的工作压力，致力于销售指标的完成；
