岗位职责/Roles and Responsibilities:
? 对系统中相关收款合同(包括租赁合同等)的复核、合同归档
? Review and verify commercial terms in the System and maintain lease agreement
? 复核相关收费明细,每月定期制作和复核各付款通知书、催款函等,并制作相关比对表,按照内部流程交相关部门复核及发放给租户;相关函、表归档管理
? Maintain up to date billing system, generate and send out invoices; Carry out billing, collection and reporting activities according to specific deadlines. Follow up on, collect and allocate payments. Monitor customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments and other irregularities.
? 审核缴款明细后进行系统核销,并符合单证的齐全性和正确性(银行回单、发票、发票内容及金额等);租户欠租明细及时更新,配合相关部门与租户核对往来账及催款
? Perform account reconciliations to ensure completeness and accuracy. Monitor customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments and other irregularities. Liaise with the related department to carry out reconciliation with the tenants and to follow up on outstanding payments.
? AR相关单证复核、整理及凭证打印,交总账会计相关复核后装订归档
? Review AR aging to ensure compliance, maintain accounts receivable customer files and records.
? 与总账系统相关科目明细账及总账数据核对
? Work with GL on AR related accounts to ensure reconciliation
? 完成上级交办的其他工作
? Complete ad hoc tasks from the direct managers.
任职要求/Key Skills Requirements/Qualifications:
? 会计学、财务管理相关专业专科及以上学历;初级会计师职称及以上,中级会计师职称优先
? Bachelor degree or above –accounting or Financial management major with qualified junior accounting, qualified intermediate accountant is preferred.
? 3年以上财务岗位工作经验,有购物中心工作经验者优先考虑
? With min 3 years or above relevant working experience. Prior experience with shopping centres is preferred
? 熟悉ERP等系统,熟练使用office相关办公软件
? Familiar with ERP system, and intermediate level on Microsoft office application.
? 责任心强,有良好的沟通协调能力和理解能力、团队合作精神
? Team member, responsible, good verbal and written communication and comprehension skill.
? 有独立解决问题的能力
? Organisational skills, problem analysis and problem solving skills.
? 能高质量完成工作
? Attention to detail and accuracy. Able to produce high quality deliverables.
