职位描述：
Job Responsibilities
? Manage a regional market within the outsourced program management team, reporting to the Global Program Leader based in the US.
? Accountable for managing the execution of the Client Program in your market, with Client local teams and key suppliers in this market.
? Accountable for the overall execution of the program for your market, according to reporting and performance KPIs defined with client and Global Program Leader.
? Establish strong relationships with key client team members in your market to facilitate the process, including buyer and supplier trainings and awareness,
? Support suppliers in moving forward through the client program and Intertek Global Supplier Management platform for your market.
? Effectively leverage and enhance Client’s external relationships, including:
o Facilitate Audit provider relationship management and oversight in your market
o Engage Sedex account team for the continuous use and administration of SMETA audit program and use of Sedex database and tools for your market

Skills & Qualifications
? Bachelor Degree in any discipline with minimum of 3 years’ experience in responsible/ethical sourcing program management for a brand, or related industry
? Experience in program set-up and program management for large international US/EU retailers and brands
? Experience in managing regional/remote teams
? Good conflict resolutions, critical thinking and problem solving skills; ability to engage effectively and communicate at different levels with suppliers and Client internal stakeholders
? Strong understanding of responsible sourcing systems, processed used by global brands and retailers to pre-qualify & improve suppliers.
? Able to work well in a complex global network structure
? Good language ability : excellent spoken and written English
? Self-motivated, proactive with ability to make things happen on time
? Good communication skills with ability to articulate concepts, solutions at executive level
? Ability to travel domestic and nearby countries (10-20%), international travel is possible 举报 分享
