职位描述：
Requirement:

? Implement corporate HSE management system and ensure plant operation including people, equipment, material, method, working conditions comply with HSE regulations and standards
? Develop site HSE management systems, policies and procedures to comply with corporate and legal requirement
? Create, maintain and improve HSE awareness in site and respond to employees’ HSE concerns.
? Keep good communication with corporate, GBU, regional HSE team as well as local HSE related authorities.
? Lead site HSE activities, such as process safety review, SOP developing, training, safety monitoring, pollution control, risk mitigation, etc
? Organize root cause analysis on serious or high potential risk incidents to identify gaps for continuously improvement;
? Provide relevant HSE training to employees, visitors and contractors
? Develop and Lead emergency response (firefighting/severe injury etc) drills
? Lead HSE team to take actions to meet site HSE objectives and requirements.
? Manage contractor EHS processes.
? report all EHS matters to the appropriate corporate personnel with provided systems

Qualification:
? Bachelor Degree in HSE or Chemical related major.
? 5 years HSE experience in chemical industrial.
? Familiar with chemistries industrial;
? Good English communication skill both in speaking and writing;
? Analysis and problem solving;
