The Company: Rieter, a Swiss-based international industrial company was established in 1795. Rieter is the leading supplier of integrated systems and service for manufacturing yarn from natural and man-made fibres for all applications. Now there are 27 Rieter subsidiaries all over the world.

In China we have a manufacturing location in Changzhou JiangSu province and a commercial office in Shanghai. In Changzhou we have our own Machining, Sheet Metal, Electrics and Assembly manufacturing. The products assembled and produced in Changzhou are being sold successfully to domestic and global markets.

In China, there are more than 1000 highly skilled employees with many kinds of specialties such as Textile Technology, Commercial, design and Manufacturing.

                                                               Due to our rapid expansion we are currently looking for

                                                                            Production Engineer Machining

Duties and Responsibilities:
? Optimize machining processes: Identify, develop and implement process improvements, equipment improvements and upgrades;
? Bring forward new tooling and process ideas and concepts for enhanced productivity and quality, convey scope and timing for the implementation new process ideas;
? Conduct off-line machining simulations to evaluate new milling strategies including subsequent implementation into series production;
? Establish timing, per-requisites and execution strategies for trial production runs for new products, new processes and new tooling. Lead cost savings and continuous improvement activities;
? Transferring quality requirements or deviations from requirements into measures to counteract root causes of deviations in machining processes;
? Responsible for troubleshooting and quality problem in daily production;
? Draft working instruction and technical document;
? Tooling management and tooling life management;
? Routing and data base maintain in SAP;

Qualification:
The ideal candidate is likely to have the following competences:
? At least bachelor degree or equilibrate experience;
? Experience in CNC turning, milling and grinding of steels & cast irons
? 5 years working experience in Application & manufacturing of round & cubicle metal components(milling, turning);
? Deep understanding of tolerance chains;
? Experience / knowledge in quality control;
? Good at communication skills with cross function and globe team;
? Fluent in both written and spoken English, at least CET-4;
? Conscientious, responsible, rigorous; active, independent; assiduously, perseverance.
