职位描述：
Shift Supervisor —Sheet Metal


Duties and Responsibilities：
? Build production team including new employee orientation, coaching, training and developing, retain key staff
? Organize production in workshop according to planning
? Ensure high productivity, on time delivery and good quality
? Implement TPM for value stream line to guarantee high machine OEE
? Responsible for 5S in workshop
? Responsible for Implementation EHS rules to ensure safety production
? Collect production data from SAP for weekly productivity report
? Implement lean production in workshop
? Other task assigned by Manager

Qualification:
The ideal candidate is likely to have the following competences:
? At least College degree in Mechanical or Engineering or related;
? Working Worker management experience;
? Experience of SAP with PP and MM module;
? Can adapt shift;
? Good communication skill, leadership, positive and result orientation;
? Basic in both written and spoken English;
? Familiar with Microsoft office
? Conscientious, responsible, rigorous; active, independent; assiduously, perseverance.
