职位描述：
岗位职责：
- Be responsible for the implementation plan of new projects, and following them.
- 负责新项目的实施计划及跟踪落实；
- Assistance for selecting the new equipment and new tooling required by new techniques.
- 配合PPE部门做新的工艺所需要的新设备，新工装的选择；
- Be responsible for optimizing raw material selection
- 负责对原材料选择的优化；
- Be responsible for training new department members.
- 负责对部门新员工的培训及指导；
- Be responsible for the technical approval for new supplier and new components.
- 负责对新供应商和新零件的技术认可；
- Be responsible for release of all the drawings and technical documents.
- 负责对所有图纸及技术文件的批准；
- Lead the product engineer to handle the technical or quality complaints from the customers.
- 配合产品工程师完成对客户技术质量投诉的处理；
- Implement ISO 9001 and ISO14001.
- ISO9001和ISO14001的贯彻实施；
- Be responsible for arranging sample making and assort with sample making.
- 负责安排和协调样品制作；
- Be responsible for KPI of the department and action plan.
- 负责对部门关键数据的分析，落实整改措施；
- Be responsible for department management.
- 负责部门的管理。

任职要求：
- University degree in mechanical, electrical engineering or similar field;
- 理工科机械、电子类相关专业本科及以上学历。
 Over 5-year product management experience;
- 有5年以上技术管理、产品设计开发方面的工作经验
- Have training experience on project management, FEMA, PPAP, APQP and product knowledge etc; Being familiar with ISO 9001 system
- 受过专业的项目管理、FEMA、PPAP、APQP、产品知识以及管理方面的培训, 熟悉ISO9001
- Excellent communication skills;
- Good ability in planning, organizing, coordinating, analyzing & team work spirits;
- Good capacity of strain
- 具有良好的沟通能力；
- 具有一定的计划、组织、协调、分析能力和团队协作精神；
- 有较强的应变能力
- Good oral English
- Familiar with Office software and E-Mail.
- 具有一定的英语口语交流能力；
