1、金融、投资、财经、营销等相关专业（条件优秀者可适当放宽） ；
2、对金融行业感兴趣；
3、有个人理财产品销售经验，有高端金融理财经验及良好社会资源优先考虑；
4、有银行、券商、基金、房地产从业背景优先考虑；
5、有较好的学习能力和应变能力；
6、具备良好的语言表达能力、沟通能力、谈判能力和团队协作能力。
任职要求：
1、负责开发、维护、管理高净值个人客户与机构客户，为高净值客户提供资产配置等金融服务；
2、通过推介公司上线的各类基金产品，帮助客户实现理财目标；
3、通过组织理财沙龙和产品讲座等活动，满足高端客户个性化理财需要，提升客户忠诚度；
4、充分利用公司资源，负责开发和维护高净值客户，提供综合性的财富管理服务
