-Check all of the invoices and make the applying for reimburesement/payment procedure exactly.
-Process the payment in a timely and accurate manner in compliance with internal control policy.
-Monitor the amount of receipts and payments in the cash and bank accounts and ensure it is timely and accurate.
-Prepare an updated and accurate cash book and bank book in timely manner.
-Support weekly&monthly cash flow forecast and notify direct manager for any shortfall.
-Support bank reconciliation report on a monthly basis.
-Relathip with bank,and internal colleageues.
-Assist in VAT invoice verification, VAT issurance, finance documents/tax filing.
