The Company: Rieter, a Swiss-based international industrial company was established in 1795. Rieter is the leading supplier of integrated systems and service for manufacturing yarn from natural and man-made fibres for all applications. Now there are 27 Rieter subsidiaries all over the world.

In China we have a manufacturing location in Changzhou JiangSu province and a commercial office in Shanghai. In Changzhou we have our own Machining, Sheet Metal, Electrics and Assembly manufacturing. The products assembled and produced in Changzhou are being sold successfully to domestic and global markets.

In China, there are more than 1000 highly skilled employees with many kinds of specialties such as Textile Technology, Commercial, design and Manufacturing.

We are currently looking for

International Purchaser

Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Daily and in time purchase order placement in alignment with the relevant abroad suppliers (mutually agreed delivery date)
2. Secure on time order confirmation receipts from external suppliers and, if deviations, coordination with internal manufacturing/planning and adjustments in SAP
3. Coordination and communication of any changes in delivery schedules with internal customers and to external suppliers
4. Ensure Material availability on time from all external suppliers for the production lines.
5. Avoidance of missing Materials in both Manufacturing and on customer site in close cooperation with Manufacturing, Planning and Category Management
6. Good communicate with abroad suppliers and follow up daily PO tightly

Qualification:
1. Minimum graduate from college degree
2. Major in English or international trading
3. Experience in a high volume flow manufacturing company
4. Experience in foreign owned or JV
5. Experience in Buyer / Purchaser related position
6. Good English in oral and written
7. Good communication skill, good attitude and team player
8. Basic knowledge of Word, Excel and presentation; SAP experience preferred
9. Committed, responsible, open
