职位描述：
Main Task:

1、根据订单要求和生产情况制定生产部门的月生产计划和周生产计划；Make monthly planning & weekly planning according to PO and production status;
2、生产部门的生产订单管理及SAP标签；Management of production PO and SAP label.
3、追踪生产进度，及时与生产部门沟通，调整生产计划安排；Tracing of production schedule and communicate with production team to adjust planning;
4、负责与生产相关的物料的采购，与供应商联系，确认交期；In charge of purchasing materials related to production, communicate with supplier and confirm deliveries.
5、负责产品库存控制及管理，及时处理呆滞库存品；Management and control of product stocks and treat with old storages;
6、监督和协调外发过程以确保按时按量交货Supervise & coordinate the subcontracting process to ensure on time in full delivery
7、每月产能负荷分析及月度OTIF统计 monthly loading and OTIF analysis
8、 监督和协调新产品导入过程以确保按时按量交货 Supervise & coordinate the new product in conduction process to ensure on time in full delivery
9、每日异常情况统计并上报 check and report the abnormal issues
10、上级安排的其他工作。Other jobs assigned by superior.

Requirement:
教育背景/Education background:
◆ 物流管理或相关专业大专及以上学历 Educated in logistics management or related major.
培训经历/Training history:
◆生产计划管理和物料控制培训 Trained with production planning management and material control.
经 验/Experience:
◆至少2年以上生产计划工作经验或2年以上塑料包装行业生产计划工作经验；
At least 2 years production planning work experience or 2 years of plastic packaging production
planning work experience.
技能技巧/Technical Skills:
◆熟悉化妆品外包装生产流程；Familiar with cosmetics packaging production flow;
◆具备较强的沟通协调能力；With good communication skills;
◆对数字敏感 With good sensitivity of figures.
◆熟练使用电脑、办公软件及SAP系统；Proficient in working with PC, office software and SAP system.
态度/Attitude:
◆具有较强的时间观念和计划性； With good concept of time management and scheme.
