职位描述：
1．根据国外供应商提供的发货清单，核对相应的采购合同，申请进口许可证。
Follow the goods delivery lists from the foreign suppliers, check relevant shipping contracts and apply for an import license.
2. 追踪航务信息，提供报关所需要的资料，敦促报关公司及时完成各项手续。及时处理无法按时报关的突发事件。
Track the maritime information; provide customs declaration information, urge relevant companies to finish all the procedures. Handle the sudden events caused by customs declaration’s delaying.
3. 申请免税额度并监督免税额度的使用，办理进口设备免税申请的相关手续。
Apply for a tax-free amount and supervise the use of the tax exemption, carry out procedures that related to the application of tax exemption for imported equipment.
4. 统计、核对进口所产生的费用（代理费、保险费、保税仓库保管费等），跟踪费用的支付情况
Count up and check the import cost (agency fee, insurance expenses, bonded warehouse storage fee, etc.), track the payment.
5.为出口产品的进口零件，申请加工贸易业务批准证书和加工贸易手册
Apply for processing trade business certificate of approval and the process trade book for the import parts of the export products.
6. 准备产品出口所需的相关资料，安排提货，核销加工贸易手册或延期。
