职位描述：
1. Lead and manage the Press & Corrugator’ production department.
      2. Responsible for implementation of GMP, HACCP and ISO of the department. And ensure the whole workshop area is well maintained.
      3. Responsible for managing the discipline on following company processes. To supervise the subordinates, implement and follow the production processes and activities including procedures and SOP on quality and EHS etc..
      4. Responsible to achieve wastage standard and machine efficiencies.
      5. Responsible to POSIFOT.
      6. Rework analysis and OT and waste control with minimum cost.
      7. Maintain all forming machines in tip top condition.
      8. Drive all process improvement and continuous improvement projects.
      9. To work closely with other counterparts in assuring the achievement of company’s targets and objectives.
      10. Daily report production performance to production management. Main includes machine efficiencies, DIFOT, quality and wastage.
      11. Co-ordinate with Production Planning/CS Department on the production planning and process.
      12. Train and develop subordinates so that maximum effectiveness and good performance are achieved and maintained.
      13. Control and maintain sufficient manpower through proper labour force arrangement to meet daily work requirement and COC requirement
      14. Fully supervise the Press & Corrugator’s employees. This responsibility includes employee performance management, employee counselling and discipline, approving any absences or overtime, and making any recommendations for hiring, terminations, job changes, and training. Also be responsible for developing and implementing a succession plan which will help free up him/her to take a different or higher position in the organization.
