职位描述：
QA/ Senior QA

？ Job Responsibilities:
 
– Working closely with the team leader and other technical specialists to produce and run test scripts, carry out testing cycles, fault/issue logging, and so on.
– Working closely with the Project Managers and development leads to ensure tight delivery schedules are met.
– Documenting bugs and ensuring that they are tracked followed up and fixed by the development team
– Design and perform Non-functional testing on large scale solutions
– Conducting and managing regression test scripting
 
？ Requirements:
 
– Must have proven experience using QA tools, packages, and methodologies especially automated testing experience of web application with web-framework testing tool (e.g. Selenium, Mercury, QTP, etc.)
– Proficient in black box and white box testing theory.
– Familiarity on performance test tools (e.g. Load Runner, JMeter, openSTA, Webload etc.)
– Great communication skills and ability to work with people at all levels including the business and with IT & other support staff
– Good organizational and documentation abilities
– Fast learner on application related business domain knowledge.
– Adaptable to various demands
– Ability to learn quickly and willingness to diversify into newer technologies
– Bachelor or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related
