职位描述：
Principal Responsibilities

To provide product management support for Treasury Product (in particular FX and Bonds) business and will report to Head of Treasury Products.

1.Formulate product strategy, marketing plan and be responsible for its related deployment and implementation so as to deliver set targets, which includes and not limited to:
1) Increasing revenue from existing products
2) Generating new revenue stream by developing new products or product ideas
2.Manage budget & develop thorough logistics for the above activities to maximize cost effectiveness
3.Identify business opportunities and threats by assessing the market. Initiate & promote appropriate innovative strategies and plan
4.Work with internal departments (T&O, branches & operations) and external vendors & partners (in particular Treasury & Markets) independently to ensure smooth and quality execution of the business projects
5.Conduct product analytics to analyze business situation
6.Adhere to all relevant external regulatory and internal compliance requirements


Job Requirement:

1.Achieve the budget target of Treasury Products – FX & BondsTeam.
2.Effective and efficient product and initiative launch
3.Maintain relationship with external investment houses
4.Compliance of own self and team members with external regulations and internal requirements
5.At least 5 years working experience in banking and with good understanding of Investment Products, preferably Capital Market related (namely FICC & Bonds) structured products
6.Prior experience in product management or product marketing is preferred
7.Degree from BA discipline preferred
8.Strong accountability and result oriented to achieve the business target
9.Good organization and project management skill
10.Creative and independent
11.Good influencing skills for result
12.Strong analytical skills
