工作职责：
？ 供应商的开发，选择，评估，控制
？ 供应商质量评估包括现场审核
？ 按照质量管理体系来改善产品供应的质量
？ 开展实施对量产零部件及供应商的质量持续符合性及一致性的质量监控、供应商现场质量审核及质量业绩考核
？ 纠正报告的管理和解决技术的支持
？ 协助采购将质量纳入供应商评分系统
？ 开发供应商提交测试和检验结果的系统
？ 解决材料/表面的质量问题；评估任何不符合的材料接受还是拒绝
？ 执行供应商记分卡，并和供应商核对，帮助供应商纠正和改善
？ 持续改善并提高供应链的管理

其他要求
？ 大学本科，理工科，材料工程或者其他相关专业
？ 5年供应商质量，质量工程师，品控或其他相关工作经验
？ 英语良好以上
？ 有航空业AS认证更佳

 Supplier Quality Engineer

The role of the SQE is to provide broad impact on the company’s ability to meet key strategic targets by enhancing supplier strategy, capability and relationships and ensuring that B/E Aerospace meets or exceeds customer expectations with every product we deliver. Furthermore, the successful candidate will be closely aligned with the company’s vision and strategy, focusing on gap analysis, identification of current state improvement opportunities and development of the future state processes.


Essential Duties & Responsibilities
? Administers supplier selection by utilizing quality tools to evaluate and recommend potential new suppliers.
? Performs supplier evaluations including on-site audits.
? Implements Quality Management Systems to improve the quality of the products supplied to B/E.
? Develops control plans for purchased custom parts.
? Implements quality improvement activities with supply chain.
? Initiates Corrective Action Report management and resolution techniques.
? Assists Purchasing with quality input into supplier rating system.
? Develops supplier certification program to select, evaluate, monitor, and de-select suppliers.
? Develops system for suppliers to submit test and inspection results for custom parts.
? Evaluates supplier data for custom parts.
? Interfaces with Engineering to ensure custom part drawings clearly specifying critical requirements.
? Resolves quality problems with material; evaluates any non-conforming material and either accepts or rejects.
? Implements supplier scorecard to measure suppliers on critical characteristics (price, quality, delivery) as well as other key components; reviews scorecards with suppliers and works with non-conforming suppliers to develop action plans.
? Continually works to improve and develop a robust supply chain for B/E through supplier and internal channels.
? Performs other related duties as required.

Minimum Requirements
? Bachelor's degree (BS) in science, engineering, or related discipline from four-year college or university
? Five years related experience and/or training with supplier quality, quality assurance, or quality engineering.
