1. Answer and transfer incoming calls, greet visitors or interviewees
接听转接来电，接待访客、面试者等

2. Receive and deliver documents, parcels and newspaper
收发文件、包裹和报纸

3. Order office stationery and business cards
预定办公文具名片

4. Make door badge for staffs and take responsibility of door access management
制作员工卡，负责门禁系统的管理

5. Make payment request for daily suppliers on time
准时完成日常供应商付款申请

6. Support department manager for finish other assigned work
协助部门经理完成其他工作

      Requirements
1. College degree
大专学历

2. Experience in ADM related fields or new graduated student is welcome
有相关行政方面经验。应届毕业生亦可。

3. Responsible, careful, patient and full of team spirit
