职位描述：
The responsibilities of the ERP Support Representative include, but not limited to:
? Be point of contact to ERP team at Head Quarters
? Ensure Production Planning process within ERP
? Work with ERP users of Raval China to determine appropriate system configuration and setup
? Create documentation, Power Point presentations and procedures guidelines for ERP systems users in Chinese.
? Analyze and troubleshoot ERP system issues reported by end users
? Work as a Systems Analyst with knowledgeable persons throughout the company to help define user needs and develop data processing solutions
? Coordinates and participates in the planning, development, and implementation of ERP processes to align solutions with business requirements
? Provided instructional guidance and on-site training applicable to user module for ERP application.
? Planning
? Coordinating production workflow for multiple products
? Planning and prioritizing operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay
? Determining manpower, equipment and raw materials needed to cover production demand
? Assign workers and other staff to particular production operations
? Schedule shift according to production needs
? Monitor jobs to ensure they will finish on time and within budget
? Address issues when they arise aiming for minimum disruption
? Obtain output information (number of finished products, percentage of defectives etc.)
? Prepare and submit status and performance reports
? Keep paperwork organized
? Collaborate with quality control, warehouse and other staff

Requirements:
? Experienced Industrial Engineering Bachelor
? Knowledgeable with Production Planning process
? Has strong knowledge in ERP systems - Must
? Experience with Infor M3/Movex - Advantage
? Experienced in frequent communication with business client
? Experienced in technical writing and training manuals
? Familiar with computer language, SQL - Advantage
? Highly creative and able to work independently
? Functions well within a team
? Good time management and utilization, to ensure project deadlines met.
? Customer service-oriented
? Analyze and troubleshoot ERP system issues reported by end users.
? Performed troubleshooting and debugging as needed.
? Collaborated with development teams and monitored performance.
? Prepared issue and resolution logs and customer query data.
? Excellent English (writing and speaking)– Must
? Overseas travel may occasionally be necessary.
? Proven experience as production planner
? Proven experience in working in an ERP system environment
? Experience in MRP
? Excellent knowledge of production planning and quality control principles
? Proficient with MS Office
? Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
