职位描述：
Scope of Responsibilities：

1. To work with Assistant marketing manager and Project Managers in formulating exhibitor/visitors promotion and exhibitors/visitor attendance targets for assigned projects.
2. To develop concept, provide contents for show materials like show brochure….etc; to supervise and monitor corresponding vendors to ensure professional and timely completion of the captioned materials
3. To produce and maintain content for Show Websites, we chat, E-newsletters for e-marketing channel promotion and communication
4. To lead the Press Conference and Press Luncheon and assigned special activities.
5. To maintain and coordinate a network of vendors supporting design, website development, translation and PR tasks.

Qualifications:
1.Education：
BA degree majored in Marketing, Communications, News or Media
2.Experience：
Prefer 3 years of working experience in a Marketing Communications role
3.Professional Knowledge：
Experience handling media and flexibility in setting up partnerships
Design and layout knowledge is a plus
Good command of both written and verbal English
4.Competencies：
Excellent time management and multi-tasking skills
