职位描述：
? Control Petty Cash safe and maintain Petty Cash fund.
? Disburse cash reimbursement, travel advances, etc. based on authorized request.
? Prepare request for cash deposits.
? In accordance with relevant state regulations of the cash management system, online banking collection and payment.
? Prepare checks based on request and supporting document.
? Prepare daily detail cash receiving and payment reports.
? Receive bank statement, collection and payment documents in time.
? Responsible for biding accounting vouchers and custody of blank checks, maintain check log.
? Process invoice on-site certification and other tax related work.
? Collect and check employee expense claims sheet, and settlement the reimbursement compliance with company’s policy.
? Make sure all the expense claims record accurate and timely.
? Take part-time in administration handing.
