职位描述：
GENERAL SUMMARY

DELLEMC PSE IVE group provides innovative, scalable and industry leading software solutions to manage, validate and emulate DELLEMC storage, server products and systems in modern data center.

This position is expected to play a technical leadership and key software development role, working in global collaborating environment with other talents of the team to drive solution excellence and innovation by leveraging open-source model and state of the art technologies.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
? Architect, design, and develop open-source infrastructure validation software for solution scale use cases of HW design validation, Manufacturing, and at field diagnostics in data center.
? Lead team innovation to investigate, create and develop infrastructure simulation software solution for various HW devices, products & system configurations used by wide range of partners.
? Work with team and open source community to continually review and enhance SW projects’ development, automation and delivery processes and models to achieve DevOps goals.
? Collaborate with partners to define projects roadmap, feature sets and drive team on execution for on-time and qualified deliverables of commitments to customers.
? Trace the latest trends of HW platforms transformation, technologies of virtualization, hypervisor / container schemes, and Linux kernel / tool chains, seeking opportunities to leverage them into on-going projects.

SKILLS REQUIREMENT:
? 5+ years of embedded SW development experience on Linux environment.
? Familiar with low-level software (diagnostic, device driver or firmware) development
? Solid knowledge of Linux internals, insights of design and implementation of complex multithreaded, multiprocessor systems.
? Proficient programing skills with C/C++ programing and familiar Object Oriented SW system design,
? Familiar with Python, Shell scripts and automation framework as a plus.
? Knowledge of IA architecture and different type of hardware components, buses/protocols.
? Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware, KVM/QEMU, Microsoft Hyper-V, Xen, etc as a plus
? Experience or good understanding on modern data center physical infrastructure and related administration technologies is preferred.
? Good understanding of TCP/IP and networking in particular networking in virtualization environment as a plus
? Quick learner on new technologies and products.
? Great communication and be able to work efficiently in a global team.

Education Required: Bachelor Degree with CS or related major.
